Mommy & Me: Students must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to attend this class. Your little one will learn safety rules for all of the equipment while strengthening their bodies and learning the basics of tumbling. There will be an emphasis on balance and coordination.
Preschool: Bye bye parents! In this class the students will continue to learn gym safety. Skills that they will be learning include forward & backward rolls, bridges, handstands, bridge kickovers and cartwheels. Back handsprings will be introduced.
Beginner: Students will work on forward & backward rolls, bridge kickovers, front limbers, cartwheels and back handsprings. No experience required.
Advanced Beginner: Once students have mastered both forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, roundoffs and are well on their way to back handsprings, they will be moved to this class. Some of our youngest competitors are in these classes.
Under Flipping: This class will cover every skill taught in the beginner classes. Additional skills to be learned include front walkovers, back limbers, back walkovers and round-offs. At this level, the students will focus on learning back handsprings on the tumbl-trak and trampoline with the introduction of back aerial somersaults.
Clinic Classes: These classes are sign-up only. They will work specific skills. Clinic times are set but the skills learned will rotate and will be posted on our calendar on the bulletin board next to the desk. Some examples of clinic classes are as follows: front tumbling; tucks, picks, straights; intermediate passes; twisting.
Flipping: Students must be able to do both front and back walkovers. All skills taught in the beginner and under flipping classes will be covered. At this level students will be expected to learn back handsprings on the rod floor and aerial back somersaults on the tumbl-trak or trampoline.
Jr./Sr.: This class is designed for the older student who wants to learn to tumble. Whether it is for cheerleading or a personal goal, this class will get you flipping.
Pre-team: This class is invite only for the students who aspire to compete. The main focus will be to work on the skills necessary to compete and be invited into a team class. This class will allow the younger students to compete and give them self confidence in their abilities. This class will not be intense and will focus on positive reinforcement. Any athlete interested in competing should talk with their coach.
Team: Team classes are invitation only. In order to be invited into a team class, the student must be able to do a back handspring series (2 or more). These classes are more intense than our recreational classes. Team classes include 30 minutes of conditioning.

Each class will work specific skills like our clinic classes but will not be on a set schedule. We must have at least 5 sign-up or the class will be cancelled.
